Lisa Brearley
Therapist - MA, LLPC
I grew up in West Michigan but have spent the past decade living and working in other parts of the world, including rural Africa and urban settings in the United States. I felt led to the field of counseling through my experiences in education and various ministry settings. My unique perspective and understanding guide me as I passionately work with people in all different stages of life. It is an honor to provide a supportive space where people can be authentic and become the best version of themselves.
Counseling approach:
Each person’s journey is unique. I invite you to come as you are. Throughout our sessions, you will better understand the impact of your story and feel supported to narrate your future with hope. My approach is holistic in helping you understand connections between your thoughts and behaviors, and gain knowledge of your brain and body connection. I desire for you to find a space to breathe deeply, process your journey with compassion, and walk away feeling supported and empowered.
