Linda Saum

Therapist - MA, LPC

I am passionate about working with people of all ages and helping them navigate through life’s ups and downs. We are all given the inner strength to get us through life’s journey, and I enjoy helping people find and channel that energy. It is also my belief that healthy people seek out external resources to be better versions of themselves.

Counseling approach:

Sometimes we get stuck in thinking, emotions, and behaviors that hold us back from the joys life has to offer. Using a solution-focused, hands-on approach, I help people create strategies for success through coping skills, positive self-talk and mindfulness. I also incorporate cognitive behavior theory to aid clients in practicing these strategies in a safe place.
