Jim Brazel

Marriage and Family Therapist - MA, LLMFT

Life, careers, families and relationships can be messy and complicated. My goal is to bring these areas of your life from surviving to thriving. Sometimes we need a helper, a guide and an encourager to assist us in making change.

Counseling approach:

I will walk with you through every stage of your journey and healing. When you enter into a counseling relationship with me, I take my role as an engaged listener and participant very seriously. One of my greatest joys in this role is when a client forgives themselves and experiences release from the shame of past events. Now, they discover their best life story in the most authentic manner.

Whether you are working on your next career step, or repairing a relationship, my vast professional and personal experiences allow me to bring in a unique experience and perspective as we work toward your goals.Through decades of mentoring couples, I have walked with couples through all stages of relationships including pre-engagement, premarital, marriage, and challenging family dynamics. My past vocational experiences also gives me a breadth of knowledge of the unique pressures that executives face in their desire to achieve a positive work-life balance.
