Therapist - M.Div, MA, LLPC

Life brings all of us challenges, and we all handle them differently. Your unique perspective and experience is important to me. Life is hard, and sometimes we need to invite someone in to listen, encourage and guide. It’s an honor to hear each person’s story and walk with you as you write the next chapter.

Counseling approach:

My approach is tailored to each person and the life challenges they are walking through. As a team, we will develop a plan and ideas to help not only get you through your struggles, but find ways to be healthier mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. You will learn tools and strategies to guide you. My passion for youth is evident in my years of coaching and mentoring, and this experience is applied in my counseling of children, teens and young adults.
