Therapist - MA, LLPC

Circumstances change, relationships fall apart or need mending, and we may not know where to turn next. As a husband, son, brother, and counselor, I understand that life can be difficult, messy, and full of uncertainty. However, I do believe there is always hope in finding a purpose and growing through the tough times that life can bring. I can guide you through these times into a place of a more holistic emotional, spiritual, physical, and mental state of wellbeing.

Counseling approach:

My counseling approach first starts with you as the client. Every single human being has inherent worth and deserves the opportunity to share their story. Sharing your story can be difficult as there may be challenges, setbacks, and areas where healing is needed. My aim is to guide you through where you have been, where you are, and where you want to be. Many of us need to uncover and heal from deep seated traumas and hurts, which can lead us to a place where growth and healing can be experienced. I hope to be able to arm you with the tools and resources you need to live out your story in a courageous and fulfilling way every single day.

My faith as a Christian also drives who I am as a counselor and is the primary focus of my counseling approach. I believe that God has intrinsically created each of us to flourish here on this earth. This means that you are unique, you have a story to tell, and you have a purpose. However, I will never force these beliefs upon you as the client, as you have the option of how little or how much spirituality you would like to integrate into our counseling relationship.

Testimonials:

“I have experienced Caleb serving and growing our Journey Ministry youth group. He led the students with a servant’s heart and focused, enthusiastic, and attentive care for their overall wellbeing. I also saw how Caleb used his gifts of wisdom, leadership, and communication while mentoring and caring for men in his role. I have nothing but praises and confidence in Caleb’s ability to help others in his current role as a counselor.”
