Brooke Holmes


Brooke is a licensed counselor with a heart for helping people through the ups and downs of life. She understands what it means to be stuck and recognizes that sometimes difficulties from stress, anxiety, depression and trauma can hold you captive in life.
When we are held back by these things, we often miss out on the joy we once had and the person we once thought we were. Brooke wants to help you find that authentic joy again.

Brooke knows that our thinking, emotions and behaviors are inter-connected. She wants to walk alongside you as you learn more about who you are and how a negative cycle of thoughts, emotions and behaviors can be retrained into a positive cycle.

Brooke also uses Psychotherapeutic Yoga to help clients use body work to increase their mental wellness. The therapeutic tool of yoga can increase self-awareness and help you regulate your own emotions.

When Brooke isn’t counseling, she is playing with her kids, watching musicals and spending time outside hiking.
