Molly Brady

Graduate Level Intern

I have always been drawn to the stories people carry—their struggles, triumphs, and the resilience that often shines through the hardest moments. My journey into counseling has been fueled by a deep desire to create a safe, supportive space where kids, teens, and adults can express themselves, process their emotions, and build the skills they need to thrive. Whether through art, play, or meaningful conversations, I focus on meeting people where they are and empowering them to begin healing from trauma, finding balance amidst life’s transitions, processing emotions, overcoming obstacles and embracing their unique strengths. I believe in the power of connection, creativity, and genuine care. It’s an honor to walk alongside my clients on their unique paths toward healing and growth.

My counseling approach

Life’s challenges can leave us feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. My counseling approach is trauma-focused and rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy, offering a safe space to explore and transform the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that may hold you back. By incorporating elements of art and play therapy into my work with children and adolescents, I create a hands-on, creative environment where children and teens can process emotions and experiences in a way that feels natural and accessible. Together, we will work toward healing, resilience, and discovering strategies to help you thrive in your life.
